Expectations:
All accounting staff are expected to work steadily toward CPA licensure.
The goal: Pass all four sections of the exam within 2 years of your date of hire or becoming eligible to sit.
Lack of progress may result in removal from the program.
What We Provide

Full coverage of Becker CPA Review materials.
*Alternative providers must be pre-approved.

CPA Exam Fee Reimbursement
Reimbursement for one passing exam fee per section, after all four are passed.
*Original receipts required.

Paid Time Off
Up to 8 hours per part (32 hours total) of paid time to sit for the exam.
*Retakes use PTO or Leave Without Pay.

Bonus
Earn a $5,000 bonus for passing all four parts within 2 years.
*Bonus is issued after 6 months of continuous employment.
Dd you know you can be reimbursed for your first CPA exam section fee before you’ve even taken the test?
Through the Arkansas Resident Initial Exam Support (ARIES) program, eligible Arkansas residents can apply for a $254.80 refund for their first CPA exam section fee—even before passing.
Here’s how it works with Bell’s reimbursement policy:
Bell reimburses exam fees after you’ve passed all four sections.
If you receive ARIES reimbursement for the first section, Bell will cover the other three once you’ve passed them.
Who qualifies?
To be eligible for the ARIES refund, you must:
Be an Arkansas resident with either:
A valid Arkansas driver’s license OR
An offer letter from an Arkansas-based company dated within 1 year of registration
How to apply:
Complete the ARIES Reimbursement Request Form
Submit it with your Arkansas residency documentation

💡 Reminder: Application fees are not reimbursed—only the section fee is refundable.
