Richard Bell, CPA, JD founded Bell & Company in 1981 alongside his wife, Lee, with a vision of building an accounting firm centered on relationships, integrity, and exceptional client service. Over more than four decades, he has helped grow the firm while remaining committed to providing practical advice and building long-term relationships with clients throughout Arkansas and beyond.
Today, as Chairman Emeritus, Richard continues to mentor the firm's leadership team and support Bell's long-term vision. His passion for developing future professionals and strengthening the accounting profession has shaped the firm's culture and its transition to 100% employee ownership. Outside the office, Richard and Lee enjoy spending time with their granddaughters, Luna and Marlee, and remain dedicated to serving their community.
